Registering takes about 10–15 minutes. Prepare your team list, birthdates, choreographer details, and audition video link before you start.

Step 1

Before you start, make sure you have all your team information at hand, including:

The full names and birthdates of each dancer, the full names of each choreographer or trainer and a publicly available video link for your audition

Step 2

Order & Pay Your Tickets

Team tickets must be ordered by the team choreographer/coach. Ensure you know which ticket type each dancer prefers before beginning your team ticket order. The order must be placed for the entire team at once, dancers cannot purchase single tickets themselves. The order must be placed before February 16th, 2027. The invoice must be paid by February 21st, 2027.

Likewise, the deadline to upload your team music is February 21st, 2027.

Step 2: Order & Pay your team tickets

Iedereen die World of Dance bezoekt, moet een ticket hebben. Deelnemende teams en hun choreografen of coaches bestellen hun tickets gezamenlijk als één groep. Het totale aantal dansers in het team, plus het totale aantal begeleidende choreografen of coaches, moet exact overeenkomen met het aantal bestelde tickets. Vul onderstaand formulier in om jullie tickets op factuur te bestellen. Nadat de bestelling via dit formulier is geplaatst, ontvangen jullie de factuur binnen één week. De factuur moet uiterlijk vóór de deadline op 21 februari zijn betaald. Na ontvangst van de betaling ontvangen jullie een betalingsbevestiging. Er worden geen fysieke tickets verstuurd. Op de dag van het evenement melden jullie je aan bij de registratiebalie van World of Dance, waar jullie de teambandjes ontvangen.
