The WOD Netherlands Championship is the highest stage within the Dutch World of Dance series and is not a fully open competition. Participation in the Championship is only possible for teams that meet the qualification requirements.

Participation through the Dutch Regional Qualifiers

Teams can qualify for the WOD Netherlands Championship by participating in at least one official WOD NL Regional Qualifier within the Dutch series.

During the Regional Qualifiers, teams are evaluated by the judges. The best-performing teams may be selected and invited to the WOD Netherlands Championship.

The organization determines which teams are invited to the Championship based on results, categories, divisions, available spots, and the overall competitive level.

Participation through previous World of Dance results

Teams that have previously placed in the top 3 at an official World of Dance qualifier, either in the Netherlands or in another country, may also be eligible to participate in the WOD Netherlands Championship.

These teams must be able to clearly verify their previous result. This may be done through official results, ranking information, confirmation from the organization, photos of awards, or other reliable documentation.

The organization reserves the right to review the submitted proof and determine whether the team meets the conditions for participation.

Registration and approval

Registration for the WOD Netherlands Championship is only final once it has been approved by the organization.

Submitting a registration form or proof of previous results does not automatically guarantee participation. The organization will review each application and reserves the right to accept teams, reject teams, or request additional information.

If the number of available spots is limited, the organization may work with selection, invitations, or a waiting list.

Responsibility of the team

Teams are responsible for submitting all required information correctly and completely for participation in the WOD Netherlands Championship.

Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable information may lead to delay, rejection, or exclusion from participation.

By applying for the WOD Netherlands Championship, the team agrees to the general Rules & Regulations of World of Dance Netherlands and to these additional Championship conditions.

Final decision

In all cases, the organization decides whether a team meets the requirements for participation in the WOD Netherlands Championship.

The decision of the organization is final.
